LOVED the location near the metro station. the staff was so helpful and the breakfast with cereals was a nice touch. Would definitely choose this place again! the leisure facilities were even better in person than in photos. So relaxing!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the hotel could improve on providing accurate room descriptions and upgrading the quality of their meals to enhance the overall guest experience.

The room and bathroom at Rose Park were nice, with excellent internet connection. Situated between Dubai Marina and Downtown, right in front of a metro station, makes exploring the city without a car hassle-free. Plenty of bars, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants in the area add to the convenience.

TV channels limited. Towels not white anymore.

While the laundry service can be a tad slow, the vibrant dining scene more than compensates. Kapodokya Turkish Kitchen is a flavor letdown, suggesting exploring the Lebanese counterpart across the street for a tastier experience.

During my recent transit through Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at the conveniently located Rose Park Hotel in Al Barsha. This minor issue detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay at the Rose Park Hotel.

We had a seamless check-in experience at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, especially at 1:30 AM. They gave us vouchers for free breakfast, free parking, and extended our checkout time at no extra cost. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel facilities such as the lobby, courtyard, and dining areas were all wonderful. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about attractions in the area.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The location is unbeatable, right in front of the metro station, which made getting around Dubai a breeze. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with modern amenities and a luxurious bathroom. the staff, especially the receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing excellent customer service. the complimentary fruit basket and daily replenishment of tea, coffee, and bottled water were thoughtful touches that added to the overall positive experience. the pool area, although smaller than expected, was still a nice spot to relax.

While overall my stay was excellent, there were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the breakfast selection was limited, and the quality of the food could be better.

Convenient location near Mashreq Metro station with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Spacious, modern, and clean rooms with friendly staff. Enjoyed the rooftop pool with a nice view and the breakfast buffet at Rose Park Hotel - Al Barsha, Opposite Metro.

Occasional corridor noise, uncomfortable mattress.

The room felt cozy and welcoming, and the bed was so comfortable - I could have stayed in it all day long. The 40 " HD TV with international channels was a nice touch, and the complimentary amenities were a great perk.

I personally found the room a bit bright, but I know some people love that!

We picked this hotel as it was right opposite Sharaf DJ metro station which was very convenient. The room was quite spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of options. The pool was fantastic, clean and not very crowded during our stay.

The location was amazing since it was near shops, cafes and attractions, allowing me to walk around and enjoy the surroundings, especially during the holidays.

The hotel is conveniently located near a grocery store and has a very helpful and accommodating staff. The facilities are brand new and the rooms are clean and excellent. The hotel provides a range of amenities including bathrobes, utilities, and free WiFi. It is also located opposite a metro station, making it easy to access all attractions in the city.

The hotel does not provide phone chargers or USBs for guests, which can be inconvenient in case of critical emergencies. Additionally, there was no assistance available to help guests set up the sauna and steam facilities.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is right across the road from the metro station. This makes it easy to navigate around the city and explore all that it has to offer. Additionally, it is only a short walk from Mashreq metro, which is perfect for getting around. Furthermore, the hotel is located close to Marina Beach, providing easy access to a beautiful beach.

It is important to note that there were a few issues with the sink in the room. Although I requested for it to be repaired multiple times, it was not fixed.

The proximity of the metro is mind-blowing - only a 10 second walk! The staff are super nice and responsive. The rooms are very nice and room service is great. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. A pharmacy and supermarket are just a 1 minute walk away. EXCELLENT service from Valerian server and the bellhops Rashid and Cheya. Fantastic food and preparation. The hotel surprised us with a free upgrade to a suite, which was jaw-dropping! The location is amazing, right in front of the Metro Station. Just a short walk to the Mall of the Emirates. I chose this hotel for attending to a synod because it provides the most affordable budget hotel perfectly positioned for exhibition enthusiasts and business travellers. The staff provided great service from check-in to surprise gifts in the room, and the location opposite the metro station made it easy to move around Dubai. The only thing that would make this hotel even more epic is if they had a proper party area for us young peeps to hang out and have a blast after a day of hitting up all the sick attractions in Dubai.
